Refund Policy

At Zue Beauty, we always seek to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with our products and services, otherwise, we find the most suitable way to solve any concerns and/or requests. Given the case that you as our customer are dissatisfied with your order/purchase for any reason, you may return your items within 30 days of your purchase date for a prompt refund, which will be granted after reviewing and analyzing each specific case. When returning the product(s), please include in the box a print-out of your order confirmation email.

The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
You are responsible for the return shipping fees.
Zue Beauty is not responsible for lost or undeliverable return parcels, so please mail your package in an insured/traceable method to the correct address.
Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type and will post to your account within 14 days of receiving the return.
