Where are your products made?

We are a family owned- Florida born company, and all our products are made and manufactured in USA, in facilites certified GMP.

Are your products safe?

Absolutely safe + non-toxic! All Zue products are paraben-free, mineral oil free, phthalate-free, Formaldehyde donor free and Synthetic fragance free! All of our products are developed with safe, skin-enhancing ingredients and banning those that are not good for your skin (More than 400+ ingredients commonly used in the beauty industry).

Are your products tested on animals?

They are not, we are proudly certified Cruelty-Free & Vegan by PETA. We are also certified as a B-Corporation, which means that every product you purchase meets rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability and transparency.

How are your products preserved?

We don't use any skin-sensitizing synthetic preservatives that may cause irritations and impact the environment, like Parababens and Formaldehyde. Instead we use a blend of natural and safe-synthetic preservatives in minimum amounts in our products, whilst making sure that the efficacy of our products is preserved and ensure that bacteria doesn’t grow in them.

Phenoxyethanol: This is an alcohol evaluated by the Cosmetic Ingredient Review, it can be used up to 5% in skincare, and we use less than 1% . Most natural brands use this ingredient in their formula as it is considered very safe and non-toxic.

Is it safe to use your products if I am pregnant?

Our products don't contain any chemicals that can harm you or the baby. However, we do recommend seeking your doctor’s advice if unsure.

What skin types should use Zue Botanicals products?

Our products are formulated and suitable for all skin types (normal, dry, combination, oily, and even sensitive!).

How should I store my products?

We recommend storing the products in a cool space, away from direct sunlight.

What is the shelf life of your products?

The typical shelf life of our products is 12 months. They will stay fresher for a longer period if they are kept out of direct sunlight and at room temperature or below.

What should I expect after I have completed my order?

Once your order has been successfully submitted, you will automatically receive an email with your order number and information.

How do I know that my order has shipped?

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your order ships which contains a tracking link that you can click on for more detailed shipping information.

How do I update my personal information (delivery address, email)?

You can send us an email with your new info to hello@zuebotanicals.com and we’ll take care of it.

What is your refund policy?

We always seek to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with our products and services. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund, which will be granted promptly after inspection. When returning products, please include a printout of your order confirmation email.

Please note that the original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you must pay the return postage. We do recommend you opt for tracking and confirmation numbers for verification and efficiency purposes.

How do I add more products or change my order?

Right now, it is not possible to change your order or add more products to it. You will need to create a new order to do this.

What are your payment methods?

We currently accept Credit Card, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
*All credit card purchases require bank authorization prior to shipping. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped. Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid using abbreviations (unless that is how it appears on your statement).

What are your shipping options?

You can choose one of these options: Free shipping (5-8 business days), Economy shipping (3-5 business days), Express shipping (2-3 business days)

Do you require a signature upon delivery?

No, a signature is not required upon delivery.
